Developer no demo user Connects other software. Sandbox unless the owner grants more.
Affiliate no demo user Refers new customers. Never sees any customer details.
Client no demo user The business's own customer. Their messages, appointments and invoices only.

Every sign-in attempt is recorded. Five wrong passwords lock the account for fifteen minutes. Anything you do here that touches a customer's data is written to the activity record with your name against it.
